Officers

As leaders of the sorority, sisters holding a chair position or an e-board position are expected to maintain a consistently high GPA and demonstrate exemplary attributes. There are various responsibilities which each position entails. Every sister puts forth the utmost effort for each position. Currently, we have 5 e-board positions and 17 chair positions for sisters to hold.

President - Sasha Kinsler

Picture
Hi! My name is Sasha Kinsler and I am a Junior double majoring in English and Judaic Studies with a minor in Hebrew. I’m from Rochester, NY. In addition to being President of our SAEPi chapter, I am also the Assistant Manager of Binghamton Sound, Stage and Lighting (BSSL) and Treasurer of Challah for Hunger on campus. When I’m not doing things for these various roles, I love to read, cook and bake, and take over all of the Marketplace booths with SAEPi sisters.

I joined SAEPi in the Fall of 2019, as a member of the Sigma new member class, and it is crazy how much this organization means to me after only a year of being a part of it. It saved me at a low time in my life, and the sisters that are members of this sorority are some of the most genuine people I have ever met. Before running for President, I held the Sunshine chair position, and feel so fortunate to have gone from a chair position dedicated to making sisters happy, to an Eboard position dedicated to running the sisterhood. SAEPi is made up of such strong, intelligent, compassionate, and encouraging women, and I am so happy that I get to contribute to the future of this organization.

Vice President - Jenna Lewkowicz

Hello! My name is Jenna Lewkowicz and I am a junior with a major in Philosophy, Politics, and Law and a minor in Judaic Studies. This coming semester I will begin taking courses for a masters in public administration at Binghamton as well. I am originally from East Brunswick, New Jersey but live in downtown Binghamton with three other SAEPi sisters! When I’m not studying or doing things for Sigma, you can find me watching reality TV, going outside to exercise, or just hanging out with my roommates.

I joined Sigma in the spring of 2019 as a part of the Rho class. In the past two years, Sigma has given me my closest friends and best college memories, as well as leadership opportunities and personal growth. I am so honored to be Vice President for this amazing organization full of strong women and give back to the sorority that I call home.

Secretary - Paige Bzdyk

Hi! My name is Paige Bzdyk and I am a junior majoring in Human Development with a minor in Health and Wellness. I’m from Long Island, NY. When I’m not busy with Sigma or studying, you can find me baking, walking around downtown Binghamton, hanging out with other SAEPi sisters, or driving the blue bus on campus!
I joined Sigma in Spring of 2019 as a member of the Rho class, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Being a part of this organization has shown me strong, intelligent, and compassionate women and I’m so proud to be a part of it all. Sigma has given me my roommates and best friends, leadership opportunities, and an amazing college experience. Before being elected as Secretary, I was the Public Relations chair for Sigma. I am excited to learn and grow as a leader even more and watch our sisterhood grow as well.

Member at Large - Olivia Karp

Picture
Hi!  My name is Olivia Karp and I am from Plainview, NY on Long Island.  I am a junior majoring in English with a double minor in Spanish and Education.  When I’m not doing things for Sigma, you can find me singing in Binghamton’s Choir Program, getting a cup of coffee, or hanging out with sisters.

I joined Sigma in the Spring of 2019 as a member of the Rho Class.  It was the best decision I could have made and Sigma has shaped my college experience.  This organization has given me the opportunity to meet some of the best, strongest, and most incredible people I know, and has provided me with leadership skills, interpersonal skills, and so much more.  I am excited for the future to see how the organization continues to grow and thrive, and I look forward to taking on the role of Member at Large this year for this amazing sisterhood!

Treasurer - Hannah Fishbein

Picture
Hi! My name is Hannah Fishbein.  I am a junior double majoring in Economics and Math Actuarial Science, and I am from Ridgewood, New Jersey.  Before being elected Treasurer, I served as SAEPi’s Social and Rush Chair.  Throughout my time at Binghamton I have also been involved in Hillel (past Production Manager and current President of Challah for Hunger), Dance Marathon (past Fundraising Coordinator), and FRI (Environmental Visualization stream).
I joined SAEPi in the Spring of 2019 as a member of the Rho new member class.  Since the moment I stepped into the rush room I knew SAEPi would have a huge influence on my college career.  The women in this organization lead by example, and lead with kindness.  I have met my best friends through SAEPi - people who inspire me to work harder, and who support me along the way.  I am honored to be a member of SAEPi’s executive board, and I can not wait to see all of the amazing things SAEPi does in the future.
